Effective for: Gram Proceeding Software used in official Gram Panchayat activities.

1. Purpose and Use

• The software is developed to digitize Monthly Sabha and Gram Sabha records.
• Users can generate meeting notices, attendance sheets, subject lists, and final proceedings.
• Dashboard shows upcoming meetings and total counts.

2. Software Usage

• Meant strictly for official Gram Panchayat work only.
• Data generated is considered official and must be handled responsibly.
• False entries or misuse is strictly prohibited.

3. Data Privacy and Security

• All data belongs to the Gram Panchayat and is stored securely.
• Do not enter unnecessary personal data.
• Developers are not liable for damage caused by cyber-attacks or hardware failure.

4. Reports and Printing

• Reports such as Notice, Attendance Sheet, and Proceeding Book can be printed in PDF.
• Filtering by office bearer, meeting date, and tenure is supported.

5. User Responsibility

• Users must ensure accuracy of data entered.
• Gram Panchayat is responsible for outcomes based on data usage.

6. User Support

• Support will be provided via helpdesk or as per requirement.
• Training (online/offline) is available on request.

7. Updates

• Software may be updated regularly for improvements.
• Users will be notified and must accept new terms.

8. Acceptance

By using the Gram Proceeding Software, the user agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
